There are three types of SSL Certificate available today and the encryption levels are the same for each certificate. The difference is the vetting and verification processes needed to obtain the certificate and the look and feel of in the browser address bar.
SSL websites are marked by browsers as “secure” and can be easily identified by the “https” at the beginning of their web address. Most browsers also show a small green “lock” in the address bar. Many web visitors won’t do business with a website without SSL security.
*SSL level 1 (DV SSL) is our most commonly used format. All communication to and from your website is encrypted, providing you and your visitors security and peace of mind.
An SSL certificate lasts for one year.
*If you need one of the other types of SSL, contact us for pricing.
